| 摘 要： | 为了提高产量和节能降耗，江苏沙钢集团有限公司宏昌钢板厂新建的3号加热炉采用蓄热式加热炉。介绍该蓄热式加热炉燃烧技术工作原理、蓄热步进梁式板坯加热炉的技术特点、控制特点及应用效果。同时分析加热炉投产后出现的主要问题，并提出具体的改进措施。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the annual output of steel and save the energy resource and cut down the energy consumption, the regeneration-type reheating furnace technology is applied to the 3rd Reheating Furnace at Hongchang Plate Mill of Jiangsu Shagang Group Co. ,Ltd. The present paper introduced the working principle,technology characteristics, control characteristics and application of the regenerative reheating furnace and in the meanwhile analyzed the existing problems and put forward the improvement measures. |
