薄带连铸用侧封板材料的研究现状

摘    要:钢铁薄带连铸生产技术是轧制技术的一个重要发展方向,侧封板材料起着约束金属液体,促进薄带成型,保证薄带边缘质量等重要作用,影响着整个薄带连铸系统的稳定性以及成本的高低。介绍了薄带连铸技术侧封板的性能要求,综述了国内外侧封板材料的研究现状,分析了国内外所采用侧封板的材质种类及性能参数。结果表明,传统耐火材料不适合用作薄带连铸侧封板材质,以BN为基质的新型复合陶瓷材料是适合用于制备薄带连铸侧封板的材质。

Abstract:Steel thin strip continuous casting production technology has raised the focus by many countries and developed vigorously all over the world. The side dam material is the core component in steel thin strip continuous casting which undertakes constraint of metal liquid, promote thin strip formation, ensure the quality of thin strip edge and other important roles. What's more, it also affects the stability of the whole strip continuous casting system and the product cost. The properties requirement of the side dam material, energy conservation and environmental protection significance of thin strip continuous casting technology are elaborated. Then, the current research status of the side dam materials at home and aboard is summarized as well. Furthermore, the material type and performance para meters at home and aboard are discussed. The results show that the traditional refractory material is not suitable for using as side dam materials in thin strip continuous casting, while the new composite ceramic materials with the matrix of BN are most suitable for the preparation of side dam material in thin strip continuous casting.
