摘    要:北京“7.21”特大暴雨期间, 横穿北拒马河的南水北调暗渠工程在猛烈洪水的冲刷下,随时可能出现扭曲断裂的险情,武警水电部队(一支队)奉命前往抢险救援。通过采取“单向进占、卵石抛填”的截流方案以及“铅丝石笼护坡、混凝土四面体护脚”的防护方案,圆满地完成了抢险救援。这次成功抢险对今后类似的应急抢险工作有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:During Beijing“ 7.21” Severe Rainstorm in 2012, the risk from distortion and rupture of the buried culvert of the North-to-North Water Transfer Project across North Jumahe River possibly occurred at any moment under the violent flood scour at that time, and then the Armed Police Hydropower Troops(the No.1 Branch Team) was ordered to implement the emergency rescue and risk elimination concerned. Through adopting both the river closure scheme of“one-direction advancing and throw-filling of gravel” and the protection scheme of“protecting slope with rock-filled wire gabion and slope toe with concrete tetrahedron”, the task of the emergency risk elimination was successfully fulfilled; which can provide a certain reference for the similar emergency rescues in the days to come.
