| 摘 要： | 应急抢险工程的技术工作与常规工程技术工作主要内容大体相同，但要求和方法不尽相同；应急抢险工程技术方案的选择以快速扼制灾害影响为原则，技术管理以快速解决现场技术问题为原则，程序上应适当简化，方法上应更加灵活，责任上应更加明确。

| Abstract: | The main contents of emergency risk-elimination project are mainly the same with those of the conventional construction project, however, the requirements and methods for them are not all the same; the selection of the technical scheme for emergency risk-elimination project is to be made under the principle of quick control of the impacts from disaster, while quick solution of the in situ technical problems is to be taken as the principle to be followed by the technical management for it along with adaptably simplified procedures, more flexible methods and more definitive responsibilities. |
