摘    要:以甲醇钠为催化剂,无水二甲苯为溶剂,采用4A分子筛脱醇脱水,以长链二元酸二甲酯(LDDE)和2, 2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇(TMPO)为原料制备了十一至十五碳系列二元酸二(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)酯。通过正交实验确定的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间8 h,n(TMPO):n(LDDE)=4:1,催化剂用量为LDDE质量的0.8%。该产物可明显改善加氢基础油的光稳定性能。

Abstract:Long-chain dicarboxylic acid bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) esters(LDPE) were synthesized with long-chain dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester(LDDE) and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol (TMPO) with sodium methoxide as catalyst,anhydrous xylene as solvent and 4A molecular sieve to dispose of water and carbinol.The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows:reaction time 8h,mole ratio of TMPO to LDDE 4.0 and sodium methoxide dosage 0.8%of the mass of long-chain dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester.It was found that the products could effectively improve the stability of hydrotreated base oil against light.
