摘    要:研究了不同温度回火及添加不同微量元素对1.25Cr-0.5Mo钢抗氢蚀能力的影响。研究表明,材料的抗氢蚀性能与其回火温度有较大的关系。回火温度越高,钢中析出的碳化物越稳定,但并不意味着钢的抗氢蚀能力越好。对于含铬和钼较低的钢,铬元素在碳化物和基体中有适当的分配时,才能使钢有最佳的抗氢蚀能力。微量元素影响钢的力学性能,但对抗氢蚀能力的影响并不明显。

Abstract:Effect of tempering temperature and microelements on hydrogen-attack (HA) resistance of 1.25Cr-0.5Mo steels was investigated.It is shown that HA resistance of the steels has a close relationship with tempering temperature.The higher the tempering temperature,the more stable the carbides precipitated,but not the better the HA resistance.Maximum HA resistance can only be achieved by optimum distribution of Cr element between the carbides and the matrix for these microalloyed steels.Microelements can affect mechanical properties of the alloys,but not remarkably to the HA resistance.
