| Abstract: | This article elaborates the new characteristics appeared in the reform of stated-owned enterprises. Based on this, the author puts forward principles to be followed, points for attention and measures to be taken with respect to the strengthening of enterprise culture construction. Combined with culture construction practice of Jiangxi Copper,the great significance of enterprise culture construction is expounded for stated-owned enterprises under reforming. |
