基于高压电能表的配电网防窃电系统设计

摘    要:结合高压电能表的新技术优势、针对配电网防窃电管理提出了一种新的防窃电系统设计,按10 kV、380 V、220 V三个电压等级进行分级式管理,采用高压电能表确保10 kV节点电量信息的基准性和可靠性.该系统中的各负荷节点电量信息均采用无线网络通讯至监控中心,将实时采集的各负荷节点电量与其分支线路的下一级负荷节点电量之和进行对比分析,确定每一级各负荷节点的线损,并根据历史记录进一步追查异常负荷点.该系统切实可行,能有效提高配电网的防窃电稽查能力、确保配电网的可靠运营.
