环流反应器的气含率研究

在一个带有上分离箱和扩大箱的气升式环流反应器中，气速为０～０．１４ｍ／ｓ，以空气－水为体系，对上升管和下降管的气含率随操作气速和分离箱中静液高度的变化规律进行了研究，并对上升管气含率与操作气速进行了关联。结果表明，上升管气含率随表观气速的增加而增加，与分离箱中静液高度无关。

Experimental Study of Gas Hold-up in External Loop Reactor

The gas hold up in riser and down commer is studied as operation gas velocity (0～0.14 m/s) and the liquid heighth in the gas liquid separator for the system of air-water, which in a external loop reactor with the gas liquid separator and expand box in bottom. It results that the gas hold up in riser increased as superficial gas velocity increasing and indepandent on the heighth in the separator.
