A method is put forward to solve the malicious Agent's problems of the Java based mobile Agent system. It is composed of two aspects: first, it uses the Java2 security to protect the host resource; second, it adopts a authentication based mobile Agent transfer protocol to refuse the transfer request of malicious Agents. The method can prevent the resend attack of Agent.
