大储量工作面远距离掘进及施工设计优化

摘    要:布置大采高、大走向、大采长工作面是煤炭工业总体发展趋势,也是提高煤炭资源回收、减少矿井开采投入,提高全员效率的有效途径。马兰矿南一下组煤18307工作面两巷及专用回风巷设计长度为2010 m,由于工作面顺槽长、储量大,在掘进过程中引发了长距离供电、通风及运输等实际问题,给掘进带来了困难。在大储量工作面掘进过程中,通过双巷掘进、优化施工顺序及施工方案,解决了大储量工作面远距离掘进带来的一系列问题,降低了工人劳动强度,取得了远距离掘进经验。

Abstract:Assigning high and long face is the development trend of coal industry.It is a effective way of increasing recovery,reducing input and increasing benefit result,too.Two tunnels and specific return airway in 18307 face are 2 010 meter long.Because this,many problems caused as power supply,ventilation,transportation and so on.It leads to many difficulties for driving.By double tunnel driving,optimizing the construction sequence and scheme,we solve a series of the above problems,reduce the intensity of workers...
