摘    要:通过真空烧结制备出Mg—Al-C中间合金,发现该合金可以有效地细化Mg-Al系AZ91合金的晶粒,细化后的AZ91合金力学性能显著提高,粗大且易于聚集成团的Mg17Al12相得以消除;分析认为其细化机制是在镁合金熔体中形成了大量的结晶形核质点Al4C3或Al-C-O化合物。

Abstract:A special Mg-Al-C master alloy was prepared by vacuum sintering to refine the grains of Mg-Al alloys. The results show that the Mg-Al-C master alloy has a remarkable refining effect on the grain size of AZ91 alloy. The mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy enhanced greatly after the addition of Mg-Al-C master alloy, coarse and easy-assembling Mg17Al12 phase disappeared. The refinement mechanism attributes to be the formation of large amount of nucleus of AhC3 or Al-C-O compounds in the solution of magnesium alloy.
