原位摩擦化学处理对45钢力学性能及摩擦学特性的影响

摘    要:制备了一种含有天然无机矿物微粉的摩擦处理剂,采用SEM、XRD、EDS分析了该摩擦处理剂的成分及结构,基于原位摩擦化学处理技术设计了环-块磨损试验,研究了摩擦处理剂对45钢摩擦学性能的影响,采用纳米压痕仪测试了原位形成的摩擦化学转移膜的纳米硬度和弹性模量等力学性能,探讨了摩擦化学处理过程及其化学转移膜的形成规律.结果表明,摩擦处理剂的主要成分为羟基硅酸镁,其结晶构造式为Mg3(Si2O5)(OH)4.通过摩擦化学处理,摩擦处理剂在45钢表面原位生成了含Si、Mg、Fe、C等元素构成的摩擦化学转移膜,从而使金属的表面硬度提高33%,摩擦系数降低15%,表面粗糙度是未处理的1/4.

Abstract:A special kind of tribo-treatment material contained inorganic mineral powders was prepared based on tribochemical treatment technique.The component and crystal structure of the tribo-treatment material were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).A ring-on-block tribotester was employed to in situ generate tribochemical treatment process on iron-base metal surfaces,and the influence of tribo-treatment material on mechanical property and tribological behavior to 45 steel were investigated by nanoindentation tester.The tribochemical forming rule was also discussed.The results show that the main constitute of the mineral powders formulation chemistry is magnesium silicate hydroxide,Mg_3(Si_2O_5)(OH)_4.The tribochemical transfer film mainly constituted of C,Si,Mg with Fe elements forms on the metal surface.Compared with 45 steel,the(treated) surface hardness improves by 33%,the friction coefficient decreases by 15% and the surface roughness decreases to one fourth of that of the un-treated surface after the tribochemical process.
