| 摘 要： | 德国是开展土地整理比较早的国家之一,也是土地整理开展得比较好的几个国家之一,在土地整理制度建设、土地整理理论与技术创新等方面都卓有成效,积累了丰富的经验。本文介绍了德国土地整理的基本情况、基本特点及对我国土地整理的启示。

| Abstract: | Germany is one of the countries, which has been engaged in land consolidation and rehabilitation earlier and gains great achievements in regulations establishing,academic and technical innovation. This article comprises three parts. The foregoing two parts summarize the basic characteristics of land consolidation and rehabilitation of Germany. The following part discusses the reference of the land consolidation and rehabilitation in Germany for China. |
