摘    要:本文解决的问题是:1、根据振动理论导出了文献中作为经验公式给出的Selberg临界风速公式。2、揭示了平板梁弯扭颤振的机制——就体系总体而言属自激性质;就扭转振动而言属自由振动性质;就竖向振动而言属强迫振动性质;颤振机制中不存在负阻尼因素。3、证明了由节段模型导出的Selberg临界风速公式可以不加改变地适用于等截面整体梁结构。

Abstract:The main works presened in this paper are as follows. 1. It is shown that Selberg's empirical formula of critical wirtd speed can be derived from the theory of vibration. 2.The physical mechanism on the behaviour of bending-torsion flutter in the plate type beam is revealed thoroughly--there is no negative damping; the system as a whole is subjected to self excited vibration, while the vertical vibration belongs to the category of forced vibration and the torsional vibration belongs to that of free vibration. 3. It is proved that the critical wind speed formula derived from a section model may be equally applicable to the whole beam.
