摘    要:唐山工业职业技术学院以需求驱动为核心建设数字化校园,解决了超前配备设备造成的资源浪费、数字化教学资源低水平重复建设、应用孤岛等问题。以综合治理为核心,建设IT治理子系统、数据治理子系统、服务治理子系统、业务治理子系统,优化了数字化校园基础架构。以内部治理为核心打造“诊改”平台、搭建“任务”平台、建设“内控”平台、构建“政务”平台,努力推进治理数字化转型,学校治理体系和治理能力正加快迈向现代化。

Abstract:Tangshan Polytechnic College has built a demand-driven digital campus as the core,which has solved the problems of resource waste caused by advanced equipment,low-level repetitive construction of digital teaching resources,and application islands.With comprehensive governance as the core,Tangshan Polytechnic College has built an IT governance subsystem,a data governance subsystem,a service governance subsystem,and a business governance subsystem to optimize the digital campus infrastructure.With internal governance as the core,Tangshan Polytechnic College has built a diagnosis and reform platform,a task platform,internal control platform,and government platform promote the digital transformation of governance.As a result,the school governance system and governance capacity are accelerating towards modernization.
