摘    要:针对W6M05Cr4V2钢冷辗芯辊疲劳断裂的特点和机理,进行了不同参数下的热处理试验,结果表明,中温淬火(1 150℃) 多次高温回火(550℃)能有效改善W6Mo5Cr4V2钢的显微组织,使其达到更优的强韧性配合,提高抗疲劳断裂性能。

Abstract:According to the character and the principle of fatigue fracture,heat treatment experiment tests with different parameters are carried out for the cold rolling mandrel made of steel W6Mo5Cr4V2.The results show that middle temperature quenching plus several times of high temperature tempering improves markedly the microstructure of steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 markedly with better strength-toughness combination achieved.Thus the performance of anti-fatigue and fracture is refined.
