太阳能集热的微型反应器中甲醇重整制氢的数值模拟

摘    要:为了提高燃料电池最终输出的电能效率,研制了一种新型的利用太阳能作为外部热源的微通道制氢反应器,以此减少了电能的消耗,提高了电能利用率。研究通过数值模拟测试了操作条件对甲醇水蒸气重整制氢输运规律的影响,发现高面体比促进了甲醇转化率和制氢率的提高,且有助于反应器内温度分布均匀。研究还测试了不同太阳能辐射强度下反应器的运行状况,得出反应器可适应多数有日光地域,太阳能利用切实可行的结论。

Abstract:A new-type micro-channel reactor heated by solar radiation is designed to reduce the consumption of electric energy,and improve the efficiency of the fuel cell.With the method of numerical simulation,the influences of operational conditions on methanol steam is investigated.With the increase of the area to body ratio,the methanol conversion is promoted and the hydrogen production is enhanced,and fuethermore the temperature distribution in the channel tends to be more homogeneous.The performance of the refor...
