蓄电池制造过程中铅的EDTA快速滴定

摘    要:通过多次加掩蔽剂掩蔽干扰离子,实现蓄电池制造过程中铅的EDTA快速滴定。实验结果表明:改进的EDTA滴定法具有滴定终点突变明显、精密度高、重现性好、用量少、快速简便等优点,滴定误差小于0.40%,能满足蓄电池中铅的分析误差要求。

Abstract:It masks interfering ions through adding several masking agents,and achieves rapid titration of lead EDTA in battery.Experimental results show that improved titration has characteristics as follows: changing in titration end-jump obviously,high precisions,good reproducibility,low cost,fast and simple advantages.Titration error is less than 0.40 % and meet ing the high-grade lead chemical analysis of error requirement.
