高效三相分离技术在原油脱水中的应用

摘    要:为解决油气集输与处理系统存在的油气损耗大,油、水分离效果差等问题,采用了高效三相分离器.文章介绍了该分离器的结构、工作原理及油气集输与处理系统改造前后的运行情况,实践证明,该高效三相分离器具有结构紧凑、处理能力大、综合功能强、分离效果好、自动化程度高的特点,减少了油气集输与处理系统的设备,简化了流程,脱水效果达到99%以上,同时降低了一次隔油罐进口的含油量.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems including great loss in oilgas collection transport systems and poorly separative results between oil and gas, a high effective three phase separator was used. The article describes its structure, working principle and actual running. It shows that it has many characteristics of good structure, high efficiency, good function, good separation and good automation. It can reduce the quantity of apparatus of collection transportation systems , simplify the process, break down oil which goes into oil tank once and its dewatering efficiency reaches more than 99%.
