焦化汽油加氢防焦剂研制

摘    要:针对安庆分公司焦化汽油加氢装置进料换热器和反应器结焦比较突出的问题,在对结焦机理进行研究的基础上,研制了HAC—1焦化汽油加氢精制防焦剂。在实验室建立了静态和动态评价方法,评价实验结果表明,HAC-1防焦剂的效果好,相对防焦率达92.1%。

Abstract:Aiming at the coking problem happened in the feed heat exchanger and in reactor of coker gasoline hydrofining unit in Anqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd., coke inhibitor HAC-1 was developed on the basis of studying on the coking mechanism. The static and dynamic evaluation methods were established. The results showed that the HAC-1 coke inhibitor had better effect and the relative anticoking rate was reached 92.1%.
