平衡固井技术在程1井中的应用

程1井在钻井过程中发现了较好的油气显示,为了保证该井顺利地进行固井施工并确保固井质量合格,通过室内对高效能冲洗液性能的改进、加重隔离液体系的优选、防窜水泥浆体系的筛选和隔离液与钻井液、冲洗液和水泥浆相容性实验,以及查阅＂既涌又漏＂井固井技术资料[1,2],进行总体的分析优化,形成了该井的平衡压力固井施工技术方案,较好的解决了该井＂既涌又漏＂而造成的固井施工液柱密度窗口小、井壁油污清洗困难、水泥浆顶替效率低的难题,确保了该井固井施工安全和固井质量合格。其中加重隔离液和高效能冲洗液首次在河南油田使用,为以后类似复杂井固井施工提供了宝贵经验。
