圆形可倾瓦推力轴承的实验分析

摘    要:在40吨滑动推力铀承实验台上,对直径90mm,分布直径295mm的圆形可倾瓦推力轴承进行了多种工况的性能实测,测试参数包括油膜的厚度、压力和瓦温等。通过实验与计算的对比分析,说明了理论模型及计算的可靠性,也为这种轴承的设计和应用提供了实验依据。

Abstract:On 40T thrust bearing test rig. the lubricating paremeters of circular pad(diameter 90mm. distribution diameter 295mm) were measured under various working conditions.the paremeters include oil film thickness. pressure and pad temperature. By comparison between the experiment and the calculation. the reliability of the theory model and the calculation method are proved. which forms the basis for design and application of this type of thrust bearing.
