砂岩水平井缓速酸化体系配方研究

摘    要:针对水平井井段长、酸化作业时间长和腐蚀问题严重等特征,开展了以多元有机酸为主酸液配方的缓速酸化体系研究,结果表明:缓速酸最佳配方为多元有机酸8%、脂肪酸酯4%、氟盐4%以及无机酸9%、高效缓蚀剂0.4%,32h内酸液保持着较稳定的溶蚀作用且溶蚀率较高,可提高渗透率120%以上,具有较低的腐蚀速率,而且具有长效缓蚀性能,有较好的破乳、助排和抑制二次沉淀等功能,完全能满足水平井的酸化施工应用。

Abstract:Focus on the horizontal wells had long drilled section,long acidizing treatment time,and serious corrosion issues,formula of retarded acid system mainly contained multiple organic acid was researched.The results showed that the optimum formula was multiple organic acid 8%,aliphatic ester 4%,villiaumite 4%,mineral acid 9% and corrosion inhibitor 0.4% which was of high corrosion rate and could remain stable corrosion effect in 32 hours.The permeability could be improved by more than 120%.This retarded acid system also had low corrosion rate,long-term corrosion inhibition and showed good performance on demulsification,cleanup ability,inhibition of secondary sedimentation and other functions which could fully meet the application of acidizing treatment on horizontal wells.
