电力通信管线数据采集入库的设计和实现

摘    要:文章以杭州市电力局电力通信管线数据为研究对象,提出了基于AutoCAD二次开发的管线数据采集系统设计方案,阐述了系统架构、模块功能、软硬件环境要求、图符定义,并给出了管线数据采集入库的规范化管理流程,实现了电力通信管线数据在基于GIS的通信资源管理系统中一键导入。该系统对加快数据采集进程、提高通信资源管理水平有重要的意义。

Abstract:Taking the electric power communication pipeline data of Hangzhou Electric Power Bureau as a research object, this paper proposes a design solution of pipeline data collection system based on the second development of AutoCAD, and describes its system architecture, function module, software and hardware environment requirements, and graphical presentation definition. And then, a standardized management process for pipeline data storage is given and the system supports easy data import from the GIS-based communication resource management system. The system has an important significance for accelerating data collection process and improving communication resource management level.
