摘    要:为了达到对关键变电站设备红外热像监测的及时性、完整性的目的,将红外热像信息按通信网络要求进行压缩和编码转换,并依据IEC61850-9-2同步采样要求向主站平台远传数据,同时确保其测温效果与网络承载能力;最后针对各站端红外热像监测单元,提出主站平台侧数据接口控件设计方案,满足对各厂商设备的接入及二次开发,实现了红外热像视频、图像、数据等状态信息的归集共享、远程监控、一体化展示及分析诊断。通过实际应用分析,证明了该方法实现简单,成本低廉,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In order to achieve the aims of timely and comprehensively monitoring infrared thermography of the key equipments of substation, this paper proposes an infrared data communication method, which compresses and encodes infrared thermography information according to communication network constrains, remotely transmits data to the main station platform according to the IEC61850 synchronous sampling requirements, and ensures infrared thermography monitoring effect and network capacity. Further, considering the characteristics of infrared thermography monitoring units, this paper puts forward a main stations side data interface component design solution, which can not only meet the needs of equipments access and secondary developments, but also achieve the aims of collection sharing, remote monitoring, integrated display and analysis diagnosis of condition information including video, images and data. Application results show that the method is easy and low cost, and has a certain engineering application value.
