| 摘 要： | 为提高细胞显微图像的拼接速度,对基于SURF特征提取的显微图像拼接方法进行了改进.首先利用SURF算法提取待拼接图像的特征点,接着提取待拼接图像的边缘,将图像边缘上的特征点保留下来,进行下一步匹配与图像融合.实验结果表明:改进的方法能够获得理想的拼接效果,并且大大地提高了运算速度.

| Abstract: | To increase the mosaicing speed of cell microscope image,the mosaicing methods based on speeded-up robust feature(SURF) is improved.Firstly,the feature points of cell images are obtained by SURF algorithm,then the edge of cells in those images are obtained.At last,only the feature points on the cell edge are used for images matching and images fusion in the next step.The experimental results show that the effect of cell images mosaicing is better and the computing speed is faster. |
