高浓度过氧乙酸的实验室制备方法

摘    要:提出了一种实验室条件下简便、安全制备高浓度过氧乙酸的方法.先把低质量分数的双氧水浓缩到78%左右.然后比较了用乙酸和乙酸酐分别与过氧化氢反应制备所得的过氧乙酸的质量分数.采用乙酸酐(97%)/过氧化氢反应,当过氧化氢质量分数为78.5%时,在40℃下反应4h,室温放置2h,制得过氧乙酸质量分数为48.2%.

Abstract:Puts forward a simple,safe preparation high concentrations of peracetic acid method in laboratory condition.Low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide is first concentrated to about 78%.The yields of peracetic acid is stuied from two different preparation methods using hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid or acetic anhydride.Under the reaction conditions of 40℃ for 4 hours followed by 12 hours at room temperature,we obtain 48.2%(w/w) of peracetic acid when the concentra tion of hydroge n pe roxide is 78.5%(w/w) and acetic anhydride(97%).
