乙二醇过程的绿色度分析

摘    要:使用绿色度分析方法比较了直接水合法、催化水解法两种乙二醇生产过程的环境性能。结果表明:催化水解法的物质绿色度、能量绿色度及过程绿色度指标均优于现有过程,是一种很有前景的乙二醇生产工艺。

Abstract:Green Degree analysis was used to compare the environmental impact of two processes for ethylene glycol: direct hydration and catalyzed hydrolysis. The result showed that the material green degree, energy green degree and process degree of catalyzed hydrolysis process are better than those of direct hydration. The catalyzed hydrolysis process may be a promising process for ethylene glycol production.
