GA735-190型剑杆织机主轴系统的有限元建模及其动力学分析

摘    要:建立了GA735-190型剑杆织机主轴系统的力学模型;由Combi214单元模拟轴承支撑,在ANSYS平台上对该主轴系统进行有限元建模;考虑陀螺效应,在多载荷步作用下对其进行模态分析,计算出了前5阶复模态,绘制了该主轴系统的campbell图及轴心轨迹图,并计算了300~2000 r/min范围内的临界转速,为该型织机主轴系统的动力学分析及速度控制提供了参考.

Abstract:The dynamical model of GA735-190 rapier loom principal axis was set up.The bearing was simulated by element Combi214,the finite element model of the principal axis was set up in ANSYS platform.Considering the gyroscopic effect modal analysis of principal axis in effect of more load steps was done,then top 5 complex modal were caculated.Campbell chart and tracing lmage were drawed,and critical speed of principal axis of 300-2 000 r/min was caculated,which provide reference to dynamical analysis and speed control.
