摘    要:合成了新型无卤共聚型阻燃单体——二乙基-2-二甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基硫代磷酸酯(DEMEPT),并将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行自由基共聚以制备阻燃共聚物;利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(1H NMR和13CNMR)以及热重分析(TG)等技术对共聚物P(MMA-co-DEMEPT)的结构和性质进行了详细表征.结果表明:随着阻燃单体DEMEPT含量和溶剂质量增加,共聚物产率均呈现增大的趋势;相对于PMMA,共聚物P(MMA-co-DEMEPT)具有更好的热稳定性能,同时碳残余量明显高于PMMA均聚物的碳残余量.

Abstract:Flame-retarding methyl methacrylate(MMA) polymers is successfully synthesized via the free radical copolymerization of MMA and a novel phosphorus-containing methyl methacrylate monomer,diethyl-2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyl phosphorothioate(DEMEPT).The structures and properties of the resultant copolymers are detailedly characterized by using infrared(IR),proton and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry(1H NMR and 13C NMR),and the thermogravimetric(TG) techniques.The test results show that the yields of the copolymers increase with increasing the molar ratio of DEMEPT to MMA,while the yields of the copolymer decrease with decreasing the ratio of solvent to monomer weight.The copolymers are more thermally stable than the PMMA homopolymers,therefore the char yields of the copolymers are obviously higher than those of the PMMA homopolymers.
