摘    要:以铬铁粉、钼铁粉、钒铁粉、铁粉和碳黑为原料.原位反应合成了VC-Fe基复合材料,并用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试方法对试样进行了组织结构分析.结果表明:在真空中烧结后,反应合成的复合材料主要相组成为V_8C_7,和α-Fe;在氮气中烧结后,复合材料主要相组成为V(C,N)和γ-Fe;与VC相比,硬质相V(C,N)分布更均匀,颗粒形状趋于球形.

Abstract:VC/Fe composite was in-situ synthesized by sintering compacts of mixed ferrochromium,ferromolybdenum,iron and carbon black powders.The microstructure of the composite was investigated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the composites sintered in vacuum mainly consist of V_8C_7 particles and α-Fe.The composites sintered in nitrogen consist of V(C,N)particles and.γ-Fe.Compared with VC particles,V(C,N)particles exhibit more homogeneous distribution in the matrix and their shapes are round.
