体外预应力混凝土梁弯曲性能分析

摘    要:体外预应力混凝土技术已被广泛地应用于各种结构工程及对既有结构进行加固中。本文通过十片体外预应力混凝土梁的试验,建立了体外预应力混凝土梁受弯条件下全过程非线性分析的计算方法和计算机程序。计算结果表明,该计算方法可以较好地反映此类梁在受弯条件下的规律,为进一步深入研究体外预应力混凝土结构提供了理论分析的依据。同时,采用体外预应力技术对一座铁路桥进行了加固。

Abstract:External prestressing in which the external prestressing tendons are placed outside of the concrete section, has been used since the beginning of the development of prestressed concrete, and now is widely used as a method for post -tensioning and strengthening in structural engineering. To extend the application of external prestressing in China, 10 externally prestressed concrete T-beams were tested to failure in China Academy of Railway Sciences to investigate the failure modes, influesces of the amount of non-prestressing reinforcement, type of loading and layout of external prestressing tendons since 1992. On the basis of these test results, a method of nonlinear analysis of externally prestressed concrete beam was set up, and the theoretical calculations were in good agreement with the test results. At the same time, a railway concrete bridge was strengthened by use of the external prestressing.
