低压供电可靠性监测管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:在讨论了低压供电在线监测和管理必要性的基础上,提出了一种基于单片机技术、Pocket PC技术和Web数据库技术的低压供电可靠性监测管理系统。该系统采用分布式监测—集中管理并配合移动式抄表的结构,由低压停电监测仪、便携式抄表机和一个基于Web的管理信息系统(MIS)组成。此外,还对通信中的可靠性问题和MIS采用的Windows DNA架构进行了研究,并给出了基于数据同步技术的通信方案,对配电网络低压供电监测的实施和供电可靠性的提高具有实际意义。

Abstract:Following a discussion of the necessity of on line monitoring and management of low voltage power supply, a low voltage power supply reliability monitoring and managing system based on the microcontroller, Pocket PC and Web database technology is proposed. This system adopts the "distributed monitoring centralized management of a mobile meter reading" structure which is composed of a low voltage power cut monitor, a portable meter reader and a Web based management information system (MIS). In addition, the problem of reliability in communication and Windows DNA structure is studied in detail and a communication solution based on data synchronization technology is provided. It is of practical significance in the realization of monitoring the low voltage power supply net and the improvement of power supply reliability.
