电动钻机制动系统的选型设计

摘    要:电动钻机制动系统配置不当或系统失灵,就会造成重大事故。介绍了制动系统中电磁刹车、SY—PS型液压盘式刹车以及单气室型EATON气动推盘式刹车的主要参数,并在给出制动系统制动力矩计算及刹车配置的基础上,进一步探讨电动钻机能耗制动单元及绞车制动系统的配置,最后提出交变电动钻机制动系统中能耗制动充任主辅刹车的新概念,并指出制动系统散热的注意事项。

Abstract:A severe accident would be caused by improper arrangement and failure of a brake system in an electric drive rig. The main parameters of some kinds of the brakes are introduced. On the basis of power torque calculation and brake arrangement for the brake system, the configuration of energy dissipation braking unit and drawwork's brake system is further discussed. Eventually a new concept of energy dissipation brake of main motor serving as main and auxiliary brake for AC variable-frequency drill rig is proposed and precautions are put forward for heat disperse of the brake system.
