摘    要:基于串行总线的主从机数控系统,通信物理层采用RS422接口,通信协议采用从机优先策略.包括从机呼叫发送、主机应答接收,从机呼叫接收、主机应答发送方式.数据传送采用定长格式,及回送和求和双重冗余校验,以确保通信.并遵守从机按主机指令工作,向主机返回响应和任务完成信息,主机再决定下步调度的协调机制.

Abstract:For dual-CPU CNC system based on serial bus, RS422 was used in the physical linkage, and slave CPU active request and master CPU passive answer policy was adopted in data communication protocol. The protocol includes slave CPU requests to transmit data, master CPU answers to receive request, slave CPU receives and transmits data. The fixed length format, data echoplex, data sum and dual redundancy checking was adopted in data transmission to avoid the communication errors. The slave CPU works according to the task schedule instructions of master CPU, and reports the executive status to master CPU. The next cooperation mechanism is set up with master CPU according to feedback information of slave CPU.
