智慧广电制播能力体系构建研究

智慧广电在广电行业的不懈努力下已取得显著成果,但随着科学技术、业务应用不断发展,智慧广电的理论体系需不断的动态迭代更新,本文聚焦智慧广电中的智慧制播能力,通过对当前我国制播机构应用的各项智慧制播技术、成果进行概括和凝练,总结出一套智慧制播能力体系,该体系不仅可对媒体机构的智慧化制播水平进行综合评估,还可为智慧广电建设提供参考。

Research on the Construction of Production and Broadcasting Capability System for Intelligent Radio and Television

Intelligent radio and television has achieved remarkable results under unremitting efforts of radio and television industry.However,with continuous development of science,technology and business applications,theoretical system of intelligent radio and television needs to be continuously updated dynamically.This paper focuses on intelligent production and broadcasting capabilities of intelligent radio and television,summarizes a set of intelligent production and broadcasting capacity system,which can not only comprehensively evaluate intelligent production and broadcasting level of media institutions,but also provide reference for intelligent radio and television construction.
