Design of Dispatching and Monitoring of DTMB Signal

In 2016,General Office of the State Council issued the“Notice on Accelerating the Upgrade of Radio and Television from Villages to Households”,pointing out that it is necessary to ensure that no less than 15 sets of TV programs and no less than 15 sets of radio programs are provided through wireless(digital).It also requires“accelerating the construction of infrastructure such as wireless transmitting stations above county level,so as to meet the needs of safe broadcasting,monitoring and supervision of radio and television”,which further lays a solid foundation for the use of DTMB to carry out basic public cultural services of radio and television.Under this premise,according to actual situation of wireless digitalization in Hunan Province,this paper makes planning and design of digital signal dispatching and monitoring for 1kW backbone station,and assists transmitting station to complete technical upgrading and transformation of analog to digital.
