摘    要:为获得一种易操作、高效、高纯度的连翘酯苷A制备工艺,以聚酰胺和MDS-5为分离材料,采用单因素多水平试验的方法考察上样量、上样浓度、洗脱流速等因素对连翘酯苷A得率和纯度的影响,优化两步柱分离纯化工艺条件。试验结果表明,以聚酰胺为分离材料可获得连翘酯苷A含量为50%的产物,产物以MDS为分离材料进一步分离可获得连翘酯苷A含量为90%的产物。本方法具有分离效率高、溶剂毒性小等优点,是一种获得高含量连翘酯苷A的简便、高效、经济的方法。

Optimization of polyamide medium voltage preparation technology for forsythiaside A

Abstract:To research a preparation technology of forsythiaside A with easy, efficient and pure. To investigate the quantity of samples, the concentration of samples and the current speed of the univariate multi-level experiment with the purity and the yield of forsythiaside A, by using polyamide and MDS-5 as the separating material. The twice column separation method will be optimized. We can obtain the 50% of forsythiaside A by using polyamide, and they will fur-ther purify into the 90% of forsythiaside A by using MDS-5. This method is efficient, low toxicity, simple and econom-ical.
