摘    要:输气管道减阻内涂层可以大幅度降低摩阻系数,增加输气量,降低输送功率。西气东输管道工程在国内首次采用了天然气管道减阻涂料,实现了输气管道减阻涂料的材料和涂敷技术的国产化。文章介绍了减阻涂料的发展和应用情况,以中国石油集团工程技术研究院研制开发的AW-01天然气管道减阻耐磨涂料为例,对在西气东输工程中生产内涂敷管的施工流程和涂料用量进行了探讨,并提出了施工注意事项。

Abstract:The inner resistance-reducing coating for gas pipeline can decrease significantly the frictional coefficient, increase the gas transmission volume and reduce transmission power consumption. The application of inner resistance-reducing coating in West to East Gas Pipeline Project is first ever in our country. The development and application of resistance-reducing coating are introduced in this paper. By taking the AW-01 resistance-reducing and wear-resisting coating as an example, which has been developed by the Research Institute of Engineering Technology of CNPC, the construction procedure and the amount of coating material needed for inner coating pipe production in West to East Pipeline Project are discussed. The notable matters during construction are mentioned.
