摘    要:为了降低碱性炼铅法的试剂成本,对其碱浮渣的回收利用工艺进行了初步试验研究。结果表明,当采用热水浸出工艺时,碱浮渣中钾和钠将为主要以氢氧化物,硅酸盐及硫化物形态进入溶液,并以碳酸盐多形式回收,对浸出渣进行一次浮选,可回收其中约52%的银。

Abstract:In order to reduce the reagent cost of the basic lead-smelting process, a series of experiments for the recovery of alkali and silver from the slag was carried out. The results show that sodium and potassium in the slag can be dissolved into the leaching solution in the forms of hydroxide, silicate, and sulfide, and then sodium and potassium are recovered in formes of carbonate. About 52% silver in the residue can be recovered in the subsequent flotation.
