兴安落叶松树木中酚类化合物组成研究

摘    要:研究了混合态的兴安落叶松树木中酚类化合物的组成。实验中采用冷水 (室温 )、热水 (1 0 0℃ )、亚硫酸盐水溶液 (1 0 0℃ )、苯 /乙醇混合液(1∶1 ,V/V ,78℃ )、1 %氢氧化钠水溶液 (1 0 0℃ )等溶剂分别对兴安落叶松木粉和树皮粉进行分步浸提 ,根据每种溶剂浸提物占原料中的质量分数及其甲氧基含量 ,初次完整地确定了原料中单宁、木质素、红粉和酚酸的质量分数及它们的甲氧基含量。实验得出愈创木基型木质素、原花青定型缩合单宁、红粉、酚酸在兴安落叶松树皮中的质量分数 (% )分别为1 6 .1 7、1 1 .90、1 2 .64和 2 6 .54 ,在边材中的质量分数 (% )分别为 31 .45、0 .95、0 .95和 3 .39,以原料的 72 %H2 SO4 不溶物为基准 ,兴安落叶松树皮和边材中甲氧基含量 (% )分别为 5 .2 4和 1 5.39;树皮中红粉、木质素、酚酸的甲氧基含量 (% )分别为 0 .56、3 .53和 1 .1 5 ;边材中红粉、木质素、酚酸的甲氧基含量 (% )分别为 0 .33、1 4 .2 5和 0 .81。

Abstract:This paper presents the experimental results of investigating the composition of phenol compounds of Chinese Larch tree. The powdered wood and bark of Chinese Larch were step- extracted with cold-water (room-temperature), hot-water (100℃), benzene-ethanol ( 1∶1 , V / V , 78℃), water solution of sulfite (100℃), 1% NaOH (100℃) and other solvents. The mass percentage of each extractive and their methoxy were measured. Basing upon the measured results, the author systematically determines the mass percentage of tannin, lignin, phlobaphen, phenolic acid and methoxy in raw material and the content of methoxy in these compounds for the first time. The mass percentage of lignin, tannin, phlobaphen, phenolic acid differently is 16.17% , 11.90%, 12.64%, 26.54% in the bark and 31.45%, 0.95% , 0.95% , 3.39% in the sapwood. The mass percentage of methoxy differently are 5.24% and 15.39% in bark and sapwood, 0.56%, 3.53%, 1.15% in phlobaphen, lignin, phenolic acid of bark and 0.33%, 14.25%, 0.81% in phlobaphen, lignin, phenolic acid of sapwood.
