| 摘 要： | 介绍加药装置的结构、工作原理及技术特点,简单阐述了加药装置的工作流程,针加药整装置开工过程中所遇到的问题,判断计量泵、搅拌机和电加热器经常损坏原因,同时为下一步的改造提出了具体方案。经过改造后,两年来加药装置运行情况说明这些改造是成功的。

| Abstract: | The structure, working mechanisms and technical features of drug - adding device were introduced. The process flow and operational principle of drug - adding device was described. The analysis of the problem of drug - adding device in the process of start - up concluded the main culprit of metering pump, electrical heater and stirring machine damaged in CCR unit. Meanwhile, a specific revamping proposal for the problem of drug - adding device was put forward. Since revamping, the drug - adding device worked well in the two years, which showed that the improvement of drug - adding device was successful. |
