垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液的高温厌氧预处理工艺研究

摘    要:垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液以其水质特征和大量余热可以利用,使得高温厌氧处理工艺具有很大的优势。实验证明,高温厌氧处理垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液是可行有效的,并能产生一定的沼气能源,结合对焚烧厂余热的利用,完全可以实现减污和节能的双重目的。在实验条件下,当容积负荷为6 kg.m-3.d-1,pH值为7.2~7.3,水力停留时间为3 d,温度为55℃时可达到最佳处理效果,COD去除率可以达到80%以上。

Abstract:High temperature anaerobic craft had great preponderant because waste incineration water had special characteristics and a large waste heat can be used.Experiments showed that it was feasible and effective about high temperature anaerobic treatment,which can produce certain biogas to save energys and reduce pollutions.Under experimental conditions of volume load rate 6 kg · m-3 · d-1,pH 7.2~7.3,HRT 3 d,and temperature 55 ℃,it can reach the best treatment effect,and COD removal rate can be up to 80%.
