强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成苯乙醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛

摘    要:采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,以苯乙醛、1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了苯乙醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。研究了带水剂种类和用量、催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响,得到了合成苯乙醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛最适宜的条件:苯乙醛与1,2-丙二醇摩尔比1:1.3、带水剂环己烷用量(苯乙醛为0.10mol的情况下)40mL、催化剂用量为总物料质量的2.7%、反应时间4h、反应温度105℃。在此条件下,苯乙醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率为95.16%,产物纯度高达99.0%。该催化剂重复使用性能良好。

Abstract:Phenylacetaldehyde 1,2 - propanediol acetal was synthesized from phenylacetaldehyde and 1,2 - propanediol using strong acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst. The factors influencing the yield of the product were discussed and the proper conditions were obtained as follows : molar ratio of phenylacetaldehyde to 1, 2 - propanediol 1 : 1.3, amount of water - carrying agent cyclohexane 40 mL ( based on phenylacetaldehyde 0.10 mol), amount of catalyst 2.7% (based on the mass of total reactants), reaction time 8 h, and reaction temperature 105 ℃. The yield and purity of the product was 95.16% and 99.0% separately under above conditions. The catalyst could be used repeatedly without any treatment.
