基于SoC及射频卡定位技术的天车物流子站设计

摘    要:以凤宝炼钢厂物流管理系统的物流子站的设计为例,详细介绍了该物流子站的结构及工作原理,重点介绍了SoC的特点、射频卡的定位原理、读卡器的设计、称重传感器信号解调及安装等关键技术,最后给出了该物流子站的软件设计。实际应用表明,该物流子站具有抗扰能力强、通信误码率低、响应速度快、维护方便等特点。

Abstract:Taking the design of logistics substation of logistics management system of Fengbao iron and steel plant as example,the paper introduced structure and working principle of the logistics substation in details.It emphatically described features of SoC,location principle of radio frequency card,design of card reader and key technologies of signal demodulation and installation of weighing sensor,and gave software design of the logistics substation.
