| 摘 要： | 应用圆光栅传感器 ,采用直接测量方法 ,建立了动态分度精度检测系统。在此基础上 ,以高速分度传动装置为例 ,探讨了动态分度精度的测试方法。该系统能完成分度装置分度精度的在线检测功能 ,最高测试精度可达± 0 .5s至 2 .5 s。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the establishment of a testing system for dynamic indexing accuracy by using a circular raster sensor and direct measuring method. On the basis, the method of measuring dynamic indexing accuracy is studied by taking the high speed indexing transmission mechanism as an example. The testing system has the function of measuring the indexing accuracy of indexing machine on line and its highest testing accuracy can reach several arc·second. |
