空气弹簧系统的计算机虚拟设计

摘    要:随着计算机科学的迅猛发展和工程力学有限元分析理论的不断成熟,空气弹簧的设计和开发由早期主要依靠试验和实际运用中得到的数据来改进转向了计算机虚拟设计与试验相结合的渠道上来.本文运用CAD软件建立了空气弹簧系统的三维立体模型,通过有限元分析,建立了空气弹簧系统的有限元模型,并进行了垂向力学特性分析,其结果与试验结果相一致,为空气弹簧的设计和制造提供了有益的参考.

Abstract:With the development of computer science and the improvement of finite element theory of engineering mechanics, the method of designing and developing air spring that integrates virtual reality design and experiment has replaced the early method that relys experiment and practice data. The air spring diorama was built by CAD software, the finite element model of air spring was built by using finite element method, and its vertical mechanics trait was analyzed. The result is identical with the experimental result, which provides beneficial reference to design and fabrication of air spring.
