螺旋盘管相变蓄热换热器蓄放热过程数值模拟

摘    要:对螺旋盘管相变蓄热换热器的结构和PCM(相变材料)的传热理论进行介绍,并利用FLUENT软件对在自然对流条件下的PCM熔化过程与凝固过程进行数值模拟,获得如下结论:蓄热体体积相同时,盘管匝数越多,蓄热体熔化所需的时间越少;盘管匝数相同时,蓄热体体积越大,蓄热体熔化所需的时间越多;对于结构参数相同的螺旋盘管相变蓄热换热器,盘管匝数越多的蓄热体,其熔化时的Fo数越大;而对于结构参数不相同的螺旋盘管相变蓄热换热器,盘管匝数相同的蓄热体,即使蓄热体体积不同,但其Fo却基本相同;自然对流换热对PCM的熔化过程影响很大,对PCM的凝固过程影响很小。

Abstract:The paper introduces the structure of coil heat exchanger with PCM as the thermal storage media, and the theory of heat transfer of PCM (Phase Change Material) was presented. The numerical simulation on melting and solidification processes of PCM under the condition of natural convection were conducted by use of FLUENT. Obtained the following conclusions;regenerator volume is the same, the more coil turns, the less time required for regenerator melting; coil turns are the same, the greater the volume of regenerator, the more time required for regenerator melting; structural parameters of spiral coil phase change thermal storage heat exchanger are the same, the more coil turns, the greater the value of Fo when melting; and structural parameters of spiral coil phase change thermal storage heat exchanger are the different, the coil turns are the same, even if regenerator volume is different, but the value ofF~ is basical- ly the same; natural convection heat transfer has a great impact on melting process of PCM, and has a lit- tle effect on the solidification process of PCM. The results provided a theoretical basis for the design of heat exchanger.
