摘    要:通过采用BC S技术实现了河北钢铁集团承钢公司热带厂加热炉的数据采集和燃烧控制,找出了煤气和空气的最佳配比,降低空气过剩系数,减少煤气消耗,带来可观的经济效益。

Abstract:Data acquisition and burning control realized based on BCS technology are introduced.The system has been put into use in HBIS Chenggang company on the reheating furnace of hot strip plant.BCS find out the optimum composition of coal gas and air.Excess air coefficient and the amount of coal gas are decreased.And considerable economic profit is brought.
